This is a fantastic article and you communicate the principles very well. Unfortunately Training Peaks is the hub most of us coaches use and thus it blasts the athletes (and the coach) with TSS, CTL, ATL, ect. I don't bring it up with my athletes so thankfully they don't get fixated on it.

Hi! Why your book isn’t in Apple Books?

It´s only on amazon...

But why? Is there a reason why not because I would have bought it already 🤷🏻‍♂️

Because I auto-published in amazon and I think that i cannot publish it on Apple Books

Cool, I didn’t know auto-publishing option but that explains now why there are books missing from Apple. It’s shame that I cannot place Amazon books in to my Apple library and I hate that I need to have multiple libraries.

I think this is a case for EU because these platforms are making consumers life difficult.

Sounds like a problem for AI….if you happen to have millions of workouts handy for the training the AI.

Great article ! As a control freak I used to do big spreadsheets and compute my own score spending hours trying to find some patterns in this noise. I am glad I have stopped doing all of this listening more to the feelings and having a bit more self indulgence.

Same for me. I started with an excel sheet doing simulations of my CTL-TSB for next weeks. But the reality never matched with the plan...
